This Mac & Cheese is so simple your grandma (mamaw) wishes she had thought of this recipe before. A southern nacho-esque flavor that stays until the last bite.
One packet (2 oz) is perfect for one ASL pasta bag. If you order FOUR ASL pasta, get FOUR cheddar cheese powder mix packets!
Instructions: Make the cheese sauce by adding 3/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional), and 1 tbsp butter to the pot with cheese powder. Heat and stir until it becomes a sauce. Add cooked ASL pasta to the pot and combine.
Sprinkle this mix or make a sauce and add to ASL pasta, french fries, popcorn, pretzels, baked potatoes, veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, etc), burgers, casseroles, nachos, garlic bread, etc! Endless possibilities!
